| KLM city hopper is a
cheap alternative when it comes to travel. However, it lacks a little in
service, reflecting bad on KLM. As a Business Class passenger you will
hate the Fokker 70. Like other KLM-aircraft, the Fokker 70 is not cared
for very well during their checks. If the KLM-name wasn't on the
aircraft you actually would ask yourself weather you have boarded a
low-cost airline by mistake. Since KLM did Operations baseline t cut
costs, the flight with city hopper have lost most of their former
service.

Meal??
All you get is a plastic box with either ham or cheese
sandwich, even if you hold a Business Class ticket.
However, the sandwich was desert-dry and felt like
eating WASA. A second drink is no problem. |

Comfort
is something you'll miss on the Fokker 70. The aircraft
is rahter small, and if you're 2 meters tall you can
only hope to get the exit-row seat - otherwise you'll
leave the aircraft folded. The seats are rather small -
and very hard. |

The
aircraft was very badly overhauled, as each look at the
wing told you. Very noisy inside. If you fly cityhopper
routes you will always depart from B or C gates at
Schiphol, offering good chances to take pictures. Be
aware of dirty windows! |
